4. Personal data, cookies and audience measurement
The controller of the data described here is Mohammad Salimi (WIZIYO), at the address given above (contact@wiziyo.com). This site sets no cookie. The home page opens in your browser’s language (French, otherwise English); if you choose a language with the FR / EN selector, that choice is kept by your browser, on your device only, and is not sent to us. Its fonts and scripts are served by the site itself, with one exception: the audience measurement script described below.
Request form. The form collects what you enter: your company name, the services you are interested in, your website address if you give it, your budget and timing, your message, your name, your email address and, if you give it, your phone number. It adds the page the request was sent from and, if you arrived through a personalised link (see below), the name that link carries. This data is used only to reply to your request and, if you wish, to prepare a proposal (steps taken at your request prior to a contract, Article 6(1)(b) GDPR). It is received by the form service of the host, Netlify, which acts as a processor and sends a copy to devis@wiziyo.com. Netlify is based in the United States; it participates in the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and uses the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses. Requests are kept for three years after the last exchange, then deleted.
Audience measurement. This site measures its traffic with Umami (Umami Software, Inc.), a service that sets no cookie. Each visit sends: the pages viewed, the referring page, the time spent on the site, links followed to other sites, clicks on contact addresses and copying them, opening the request form and the button that opened it, the steps completed, then whether it was sent or abandoned (never your answers), and the browser’s language, screen size, device type, operating system and browser. Umami derives the country and city from the IP address. The data is kept for six months and hosted in the European Union.
Personalised links. A link to this site sent by WIZIYO, or a printed QR code, may carry the name of the company it is addressed to. Visits made through that link are then associated with that name, and with its channel (link or QR code). WIZIYO uses this only to know whether its presentation was viewed and to organise its sales follow-up. This processing is based on WIZIYO’s legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can also open the site from its general address.
Opting out of measurement. To stop your visits being measured in this browser, open this address: the browser keeps a marker that says so. To undo it, open this one.
Markers in the browser. For the length of a visit, the site keeps three technical markers: recovery after a loading failure, direct entry into a section, and the choice of the simple version. For the length of a visit, it also keeps your answers to the form until it is sent (so nothing is lost if the page reloads; they are erased when you send it) and the name of the personalised link that brought you. Finally, it keeps the language chosen with the selector until you change it.
Your rights. You can ask for access to your data, its correction or erasure, and object to its processing, by writing to contact@wiziyo.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
5. Limitation of liability
