On Shopify or WooCommerce, set up for you
These steps are the tool’s own, set up for your shop and for Belgium: Bancontact and card, VAT, languages, carriers. No custom code where the tool already does the job.
- Shopify A hosted service, by subscription: hosting, security and updates included.
- WooCommerce A WordPress extension, with the host of your choice: more freedom, hosting and updates to plan for.
- You, afterwards Add a product, change a price, follow an order, issue a refund: from the admin area, without us.
From choice to basket, filmed on Morion
Morion, a demo site built by WIZIYO (fictional brand), filmed as it is on a phone: from choosing the watch to adding it to the basket.
- 01
The choice The case material changes the watch and its price, under your finger.
- 02
The basket “Ajouter à l’écrin” (add to the case): the counter goes to 1, then the basket opens on its total.
Morion is a custom-built prototype, made for the demo. Your shop is built on Shopify or WooCommerce, with the same care for choosing and the basket.
The service, in detail
An online shop sells your products on your own website: catalogue, basket, payment, delivery and invoices. WIZIYO builds it on Shopify or WooCommerce, set up for Belgium: Bancontact, VAT, languages, carriers. You then manage your products and orders yourself, without us.

The steps
Understand. Your products, your customers, your deliveries, and the choice between Shopify and WooCommerce.
Design. A mock-up of the home page and of a product page, to open in your browser. Nothing is built before you approve it.
Build. The shop is built away from the public, with payments in test mode.
Test. A complete order, from basket to confirmation e-mail, on computer and phone.
Deliver. Opening once you agree in writing, then handover.
Each step in detail: the method.
What you receive
- A shop on Shopify or WooCommerce, proven tools: no custom code where the tool already does the job.
- The settings for Belgium: payment by Bancontact and card, VAT, languages, carriers.
- Your catalogue, your pages and your order e-mails set up.
- A handover: adding a product, following an order, issuing a refund.
- Your access, in your name, on delivery.
Who is it for?
For a company that sells products, to individuals or to other companies:
- a shop that also wants to sell online;
- a brand launching its products;
- a company already selling elsewhere (marketplace, social networks) that wants its own shop.
For a service to book rather than a product to ship, a web application is often a better fit.
What it asks of you
- Your products: photos, descriptions, prices, variants, stock.
- Your terms: delivery, returns, general terms of sale.
- The accounts in your name: the payment provider and, for Shopify, the subscription.
- One person who decides, then follows the orders.
Frequently asked questions
Shopify or WooCommerce?
Shopify is a hosted service, paid by monthly subscription: it takes care of hosting, security and updates. WooCommerce is a free WordPress extension, installed with the host of your choice: more freedom, but hosting and updates need planning. We recommend one or the other depending on your catalogue, your tools and the person who runs the shop day to day.
Can I manage my products myself?
Yes. Both tools have an administration area in French and English: you add your products, change your prices and follow your orders without us.
Is Bancontact possible?
Yes, on both, through a payment provider that offers it: Shopify’s own, or Mollie, Stripe or WooPayments for WooCommerce. Their fees are their own, to compare before choosing.
What about VAT and e-invoicing?
The shop calculates VAT according to your settings, including for sales to individuals in other EU countries (OSS scheme). In Belgium, invoices between VAT-registered companies go through the Peppol network: if you also sell to companies, the shop connects to a compatible invoicing solution. Your accountant approves the settings.
How much does an online shop cost?
We do not publish prices: it depends on the number of products, the languages, the payment methods, the carriers and whether an existing catalogue is imported. Subscriptions and payment fees come on top, paid directly to those services. Describe your project: you receive a reply within one working day, with no commitment.
