Custom web application

A custom tool in the browser: what your customers do reaches your team at once, in the right place.

Demonstration: a booking travels from the customer’s phone to the workshop’s screen, then back to the customer

The customer

Sees only their own booking.

One record, three views

The booking is written once, in the database. The customer’s phone, the workshop’s screen and the manager’s read it, each with its own rights: nothing is copied, nothing contradicts. And the rule of who sees what is enforced by the database itself, not only by the screen.

Your tool will have its own objects and its own roles. Tell us about your working day

The service, in detail

A web application is a tool that opens in the browser, with nothing to install: booking, ordering, following a case, running a business. WIZIYO designs it in Verviers for SMEs in Wallonia, with Next.js and Supabase: your company’s accounts, access rights and data, in one place.

Who is it for?

For a company where part of the work goes through calls, files and e-mails that could become a tool:

  • customers booking a slot, a table, an appointment;
  • orders to receive, prepare and follow;
  • a client area to find documents, quotes and orders;
  • an internal tool: planning, case follow-up, dashboard.

If your customers only need to find and contact you, a brochure website is enough.

What you receive

  • The application, built with Next.js and Supabase: screens, accounts, database, access rights.
  • Rights per person: everyone sees only what concerns them, a rule enforced by the database itself.
  • Database backups.
  • A tool that works on phones as well as on computers.
  • The code, the documentation and your access, on delivery.
Example: each row is a person; each column, what they can see.

The steps

  1. Understand

    Who uses the tool, what it must do, and what stays out of scope.

  2. Design

    A mock-up of the main screens, to open in your browser. Nothing is built before you approve it.

  3. Build

    The application is built at a private address, in a working version kept up to date.

  4. Test

    Every path and every access right, on computer and phone.

  5. Deliver

    Go-live once you agree in writing, then handover of the code, the documentation and the access.

Each step in detail: the method.

What it asks of you

  • How you work today: your files, your forms, your steps.
  • One person who knows the business and approves each screen.
  • A few users to try the tool before it goes live.
  • Access to the tools to connect, if any: calendar, invoicing, shop.

Frequently asked questions

Application or website?

A website presents; an application gets work done: it has accounts, data and actions (book, order, approve). Many projects have both: a public brochure website, and an application behind a login.

Where is my data?

In a Supabase database located in the European Union. We help you document what the tool collects and why, as the GDPR requires.

Does it need to go through the App Store or Google Play?

No. A web application opens in the browser and can be added to the phone’s home screen. A store app is justified for some needs, such as advanced phone features: we tell you if that is your case.

Can it connect to my tools?

Yes, when those tools allow it (through programmatic access, an API): calendar, invoicing, shop, ERP. See also automation and AI.

How much does an application cost?

We do not publish prices: it depends on the number of screens, the roles, the tools to connect and the data to import. Describe what the tool must do: you receive a reply within one working day, with no commitment.
