Automation and AI

The information you copy by hand flows between your tools on its own; AI reads the text; you approve what matters.

A visitorQuestion asked on your website · 21:47

Hello, do you deliver as far as Eupen? And do you also make custom staircases?

2 Processing

  1. AI

    Reads the question

Two subjects: a delivery and a service.

  2. AI

    Searches your content

Delivery: your “Areas” page lists Eupen. Staircases: none of your pages mention them.

  3. Rule

    Answers only from your content

The delivery gets its answer at once; the staircases are passed on to you.

  4. You

    Answer what is left

What your content does not say, the assistant does not invent.

  5. Rule

    Passes on your answer

Your answer joins the conversation; you can add it to your content.

Yes, we deliver to Eupen, as we do across the Verviers, Herve and Eupen area. As for your other question, I am passing it on to the workshop.

Your answer

Yes, we make custom staircases; we can send you a quote. What height do you need to climb?

Your answer

We do not make staircases. Here is what we make: tables, worktops, bookcases.

  • Rule Always the same calculation, on your data and your prices.
  • AI Reads free text. It can be wrong: what it read stays highlighted and checkable.
  • You Decide at the steps you have chosen.

Fictional example: the workshop, its customers, its prices and its supplier are invented. Simulation: nothing is read on your side, nothing is sent.

What stays in your hands

  1. What flows on its own

What gets copied today: an address, a quantity, an amount, from one tool to another. Rules do it the same way every time.

  2. What AI adds

Reading free text, a PDF or a question. It prepares; what it read stays visible, and checkable.

  3. What waits for you

A price, an invoice, a committing message: these steps wait for your approval, unless you decide otherwise. You receive the list of what is automated and how to stop it.

The service, in detail

Automation moves on its own the information you copy today from one tool to another; AI adds the reading of texts and documents. WIZIYO sets them up in Verviers for SMEs in Wallonia: connected tools, follow-ups, sorted documents, an assistant on your website, and your approval where it matters.

Who is it for?

For an SME where the same information is typed in several times:

  • an enquiry received by e-mail or through the website, copied into a quote, then an order, then an invoice;
  • quote or payment reminders sent by hand;
  • invoices, purchase orders or forms read one by one to fill in a spreadsheet;
  • visitors who keep asking the same questions.

What you receive

Running: the “You” points wait for your approval.

  • Your tools connected: the enquiry becomes a quote, an order, an invoice and a message, with no retyping.
  • Reminders and e-mails sent at the right time, from templates you approve.
  • Document reading: invoices, purchase orders, forms, whose information fills your tools.
  • An assistant on your website, answering from your own content and handing over to a person when it does not know.
  • The list of what is automated, what waits for your approval, and how to stop everything.

The steps

  1. Observe

A real task, from start to finish: who types what, where, and how many times.

  2. Design

The flow, and the points where a person approves. Nothing is built before you agree.

  3. Build

On your existing tools, in test mode.

  4. Test

With test data, error cases included.

  5. Go live

Once you agree in writing, then a follow-up of the first runs.

What it asks of you

  • The task to automate, shown as you do it today.
  • Access to the tools involved: e-mail, invoicing, calendar, shop, ERP.
  • One person who approves the rules, then the first results.
  • If there is an assistant: your content (services, terms, frequently asked questions).

Frequently asked questions

Where to start?

With the task you copy most often. One automation that works is worth more than ten waiting: we measure the time saved, then move on to the next.

Does the AI decide for me?

No. It reads, sorts and prepares. Whatever commits your company, a price, an invoice, a message to a customer, waits for your approval, unless you decide otherwise.

Do I need to change software?

Rarely. We connect the tools you have, when they allow it (through programmatic access, an API). Otherwise, we tell you what blocks, and what would replace it.

Is my data safe?

Each tool receives only the access it needs, and we tell you which services process your data, and where.

How much does an automation cost?

We do not publish prices: it depends on the number of tools to connect, the volumes, the share of AI and the approvals planned. Describe the task: you receive a reply within one working day, with no commitment.
